Training under physio guidance.

For everyone building resilience, getting back to running or sport and training stronger for the long run

Our Approach to Training

We see training as structured building under expert guidance. You start where you are today, and we raise your load with purpose and safety. Here your individual path is the focus. So you get more resilient, more capable and more confident in your body, step by step.

Supervised Training

You train more independently with us as your contact right there whenever you need us.

Small Group Training
